**Job Title: Prosthodontist (Fresher) - Kannada & English Speaking**

**Location: Bangalore, Karnataka**

**Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time**

**Experience: Fresher (0-1 Year)**

**Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada & English (mandatory)**

**Reporting To: Senior Prosthodontist / Clinical Director**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **fixed and removable prosthodontic treatments** including crowns, bridges, partial and complete dentures
- Assist in **full-mouth rehabilitations, smile design**, and **maxillofacial prosthetics** under supervision
- Work on **implant prostheses** including impressions, abutment selection, and prosthetic loading protocols
- Take detailed case histories and formulate **individualized treatment plans** for prosthetic care
- Communicate effectively with patients in **Kannada** and **English** about treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with lab technicians for accurate prosthesis fabrication and fit
- Maintain accurate patient records, case documentation, and follow-up details
- Ensure compliance with sterilization protocols and clinical safety standards

**Qualifications**:

- MDS in **Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge** from a DCI-recognized dental college
- Registered with **Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC)**
- Fluency in **Kannada** and **English** (mandatory)
- Good theoretical knowledge and eagerness to enhance clinical skills
- Strong interpersonal and chairside communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a patient-centric approach

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **digital impression systems**, **CAD/CAM workflows**, and **dental photography**
- Familiarity with **implantology protocols** and **occlusion concepts**
- Experience (academic or clinical) with **smile design**, **veneers**, and **esthetic restorations**
- Knowledge of using dental software for case records and digital planning (optional but preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
