Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Prosthodontist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and maintenance of oral function, comfort, appearance, and health of patients with clinical conditions associated with missing or deficient teeth and/or maxillofacial tissues. This role requires a specialist who is proficient in a wide range of prosthodontic procedures and committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat complex dental and oral conditions related to missing teeth and craniofacial structures.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans for fixed, removable, and implant prosthodontics.
  • Perform a variety of prosthodontic procedures including, but not limited to:
  • Crowns, bridges, and veneers
  • Complete and partial dentures
  • Dental implant placement and restoration
  • Maxillofacial prosthetics
  • TMJ disorder treatment
  • Full mouth rehabilitation
  • Utilize advanced dental technology and materials to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other dental specialists (e.g., oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists) for integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-operative care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in prosthodontics.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited postgraduate program in Prosthodontics.
  • Valid state dental license and specialty license (if applicable).
  • Board certification or eligibility preferred.
  • Proven experience in a clinical prosthodontic setting.
  • Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.
