**Job Title: Orthodontist (5+ Years Experience) - Kannada & English Speaking**

**Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Post-MDS)**

**Language Requirement: Fluent in Kannada and English**

**Reporting To: Clinical Director / Clinic Owner**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat malocclusion and dental alignment issues using **braces, clear aligners, functional appliances**, and **orthodontic surgeries**:

- Plan and execute comprehensive **orthodontic treatment plans** for children, teens, and adults
- Take impressions, photographs, cephalometric analysis, and digital scans (where applicable)
- Supervise and monitor treatment progression with regular reviews and patient follow-ups
- Handle **habit correction appliances**, **early interceptive treatments**, and **orthognathic assessments**:

- Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, and surgeons in multidisciplinary cases
- Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, and financial plans clearly in **Kannada** and **English**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate case records, documentation, and photographic evidence
- Ensure compliance with clinic sterilization and hygiene protocols

**Qualifications**:

- **MDS in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics** from a recognized DCI-approved dental college
- Registered with **Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC)**:

- Minimum 5 years of independent practice or specialist experience
- Strong clinical knowledge in both conventional and advanced orthodontic techniques
- Fluent in **Kannada** (mandatory) and **English** for patient interaction
- Well-versed in digital case presentation and orthodontic photography

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certified or experienced in **Clear Aligners** (e.g., Invisalign, Flash, Illusion Aligners)
- Familiarity with **CBCT analysis**, **virtual treatment planning**, and **digital orthodontic workflows**:

- Exposure to **self-ligating brackets**, **lingual orthodontics**, or **temporary anchorage devices (TADs)**:

- Experience in public speaking or patient education campaigns (optional)

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
