Job Summary:
The Fashion Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in the success of our renowned clothing brand. With 2-3 years of industry experience, you will contribute to driving sales and profitability by effectively managing the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. Collaborating closely with design, production, and marketing teams, you will ensure alignment with brand vision and market demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Curate collections that resonate with the brand's image, target audience, and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop product strategies and assortment plans.
- Forecast sales and demand, and plan inventory levels accordingly to optimize sell-through and minimize excess stock.
- Monitor inventory performance, analyze sell-through rates, and initiate markdowns or replenishments as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop visual merchandising guidelines and standards to showcase products effectively in-store and online.
- Collaborate with retail teams to implement merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor store layouts, displays, and signage to maintain brand consistency and maximize product visibility.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and market feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Monitor competition and market dynamics to adapt strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including design, production, marketing, and retail, to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion merchandising, preferably with a renowned clothing brand.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion and retail.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
