**Responsibilities**:
1. Merchandising:

- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop seasonal merchandise plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences.
- Analyse sales data and inventory levels to optimize product assortment and drive sales performance.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and brand guidelines.
- Sourcing TRIMs for apparel development and manufacturing.

2. Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between internal departments, including design, production, logistics, and sales, to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to track production schedules, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Manage product samples, including organizing, labelling, and distributing samples for various purposes such as photo shoots, exhibitions, and sales presentations.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and retail events.

3. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to negotiate favourable terms, resolve conflicts, and drive mutual business growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address their needs, provide updates on merchandise status, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, gather feedback on product performance, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising, product coordination, or related roles within the fashion industry, preferably in kids wear.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience with merchandising software or ERP systems is preferred.
- Passion for children's fashion and a creative mind-set with a keen eye for design and trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
