**Key Responsibilities**:

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
**Problem Resolution**:
Identify customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and offer effective solutions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
Build positive relationships with customers by being empathetic, patient, and professional.
Actively seek feedback to improve service and enhance customer experience.
**Technical Support**:
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems or guide them through product and service usage.
**Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve processes.
**Collaboration**:
Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
A customer-first attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
