Chat Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time support and resolving inquiries via chat.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and assist with product or service recommendations.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays if required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
