**VMC LINE SUPERVISIOR**

**WORKING LOCATION -KAMAKSHIPALYA BANGALORE**

**EXPERIENCE-5-8YEARS**
- **Technical Proficiency**: A deep understanding of VMC operations including setup, programming, tooling, and troubleshooting is essential. This includes knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining principles and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Problem Solving**: Being able to quickly diagnose and solve technical issues that arise during production is crucial. This involves both mechanical troubleshooting and understanding software-related challenges in CNC systems.
- **Leadership**: Supervisors need strong leadership skills to oversee a team of machine operators and ensure smooth production flow. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance, and motivating team members.
- **Quality Control**: Maintaining high standards of product quality is a priority. A VMC Line Supervisor should be able to implement and monitor quality control measures, conduct inspections, and make adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
- **Safety Awareness**: Ensuring a safe working environment is paramount. Supervisors must enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- **Communication**: Clear and effective communication is essential for coordinating with team members, other supervisors, engineers, and management. This includes providing updates on production status, reporting issues, and conveying instructions clearly.
- **Planning and Organization**: Effective planning ensures efficient use of resources and meets production schedules. This involves scheduling machine time, optimizing workflows, and coordinating maintenance activities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Striving for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity is key. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, optimizing tooling strategies, and implementing best practices.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing production demands, new technologies, and unexpected challenges is crucial in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- **Team Development**: Supporting the growth and development of team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback fosters a skilled and motivated workforce.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
