**VMC MACHINE OPERATING (1-3YR EXPERIENCE MUST)**
- **Machine Setup**: Prepare the VMC machine for operation by loading necessary tools, fixtures, and materials.
- **Programming**: Write or load pre-existing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs into the machine's computer system to execute machining operations accurately.
- **Operational Monitoring**: Monitor the operation of the VMC machine to ensure it runs smoothly and produces parts within specified tolerances.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify conformance to quality standards.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Maintain and replace cutting tools as needed to ensure the efficiency and precision of machining operations.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process, such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, or programming errors.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- **Documentation**: Record production data, including machine settings, tool changes, and inspection results, accurately and comprehensively.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other members of the production team, such as supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel, to optimize machining processes and resolve any production-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating VMC machinery and understanding of CNC programming principles.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to set up and execute machining operations accurately.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high levels of precision and accuracy in machining tasks.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capacity to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- **Teamwork**: Capability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals and overcome challenges.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials and tools as required in a manufacturing environment.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in operating VMC machinery or similar CNC machining equipment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
