**1. Vendor & OEM Coordination**
- Identify and onboard B2B suppliers for automation components like motors, controllers, sensors, blinds, switches, hubs, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and authorized distributors.
- Negotiate commercial terms, delivery timelines, and service agreements.

**2. Technical Purchase Handling**
- Understand technical specs of home automation products (curtain motors, smart controllers, KNX systems, etc.).
- Coordinate with design and project teams to procure correct models/variants.
- Evaluate compatibility and certifications of products (e.g., CE, ROHS, BIS).

**3. Project-Based Procurement**
- Procure as per project BOM and timelines.
- Ensure on-time availability of items at project locations.
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously across various ongoing projects.

**4. Cost Optimization**
- Source alternate vendors to achieve better rates without compromising quality.
- Ensure best landed cost by optimizing taxes, freight, and delivery charges.

**5. Inventory Coordination**
- Coordinate with stores/warehouse for material inward and issue tracking.
- Plan procurement based on minimum stock levels and lead times.

**6. Documentation & Process Compliance**
- Issue purchase orders with complete specs and terms.
- Maintain vendor quotations, POs, invoices, delivery notes, and warranties.
- Ensure procurement is compliant with internal SOPs and approval workflows.

**7. Payment & Reconciliation Support**
- Coordinate with accounts for timely payments to vendors.
- Resolve invoice mismatches, short deliveries, and quality rejections.

**8. Delivery & Logistics Follow-up**
- Ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or shortages.

**9. Product Demos & Trials (Optional Role)**
- Coordinate with vendors for new product samples and technical demos.
- Support R&D or presales team in product evaluation and shortlisting.

**10. Reporting**
- Submit weekly procurement status reports (pending orders, deliveries, issues).
- Highlight price variations, delays, or vendor performance issues

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
