**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

**Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple events or activities simultaneously with attention to detail.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Campus Recruitment**
- Plan and execute recruitment drives, including interviews, assessments, and workshops.

**Event Management**:

- Organize career fairs, company presentations, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate with campus placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
- Create promotional materials and social media content.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Prepare recruitment reports and presentations.

**Campus Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student clubs.
- Support campus ambassador programs and internships.

**Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company’s brand through workshops, webinars, and digital campaigns.
