Job Description: Cost Controller - ERP Projects

Company: Vienna Advantage Location: Mohali

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cost Controller to join our team at Vienna Advantage. As a Cost Controller for ERP projects, you will play a crucial role in tracking and managing project costs, ensuring accurate allocation of time, and maintaining project financial data. Your expertise in cost control and project management will contribute to the successful execution of projects across various countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize our Project Management System (PMS) to monitor and track time allocation for specific ERP projects.
- Compare and analyze actual time spent on projects against allocated time, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
- Collaborate with employees to gather project time allocation data.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying any discrepancies and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Generate reports and provide insights on project cost trends to assist in decision-making.
- Liaise with project managers and team leads to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data for projects.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience as a Cost Controller in projects, with a strong understanding of cost management and project financials.
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing project costs and financial data.
- Location: Mohali
