**FIELD PROJECT SALES**

**ERNAKULAM**

**Key Result Area**
- Lead generation and its conversion

**- **Target Achievement project department and increase revenue generation

**- Effective Project Planning & Cost-effective project execution**

**- Project - Marketing plans building and implementation**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Lead creation by calling /visiting prospect customers
- Assist in Sales Closure by direct visit with project sales executive.
- Testing the water at client premises and informing the results to coordinator for the preparation of project quotation
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Break projects into actionable points and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve, inform the work updation to client regularly.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about work schedule, and progress of each work
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all clients
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Coordinating with technicians for installation
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc
- Preparation of daily operations report and send the same to MD & Business Head
- Adhere to company policies in order to achieve organization objectives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Travel
