Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Project Sales Officer/Executive to expand our TMT bar sales in the construction and infrastructure segment. Candidates with prior experience in TMT, paints, construction chemicals, cement, or other building materials are highly preferred, as they bring relevant market knowledge and client networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach construction projects through builders, contractors, architects, and project consultants.
Leverage existing relationships in the building materials sector to generate leads and convert them into TMT sales.
Promote the companys TMT bar offerings to key stakeholders in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Understand project timelines and align sales strategy to match procurement schedules.
Regularly visit project sites, consultants, and client offices to pitch products and follow up on opportunities.
Meet assigned sales targets through strategic project-based selling.
Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely material delivery to sites.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage end-to-end deal closure.
Track competitor activity and market trends to position the brand effectively.
Key Requirements:
2-5 years of project sales experience in TMT, cement, paints, construction chemicals, steel, or related industries.
Strong network of contacts in the construction and builder ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
