As an Academic Telecaller, your primary responsibility is to engage with prospective students, providing information about academic programs, guiding them through the admission process, and addressing their queries. This role involves effective communication, customer service, and the ability to articulate the benefits of the educational institution's offerings.
- Make outbound calls to potential students who have expressed interest in academic programs.
- Provide information about courses, admission procedures, and educational benefits.
- Handle incoming calls from prospective students seeking information about academic offerings.
- Address inquiries related to course details, admission requirements, and fees.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.
- Record and maintain accurate information about prospective students.
- Schedule appointments for interested students to meet with academic advisors or attend informational sessions.
- Resolve queries and concerns raised by prospective students regarding academic programs, admission, and other related matters.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospective students, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
