**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our Kochi office. This role involves guiding students through their study abroad journey while driving business growth through targeted sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Counselling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to guide students in selecting courses, universities, and scholarship opportunities.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Convert leads into enrollments by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their queries and building strong relationships.
- Manage a CRM system to track leads and follow-ups effectively.

**Market Outreach**:

- Stay updated on global education trends and competitive market dynamics.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in academic counselling and sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
