**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor **site work execution** as per drawings and instructions.
- Manage **labor, materials, and subcontractors** efficiently on-site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per **quality standards and safety norms**.
- Check measurements, leveling, and alignment of civil works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager for work planning.
- Maintain **daily progress reports**, attendance, and site records.
- Oversee RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
- Verify material requirements and report shortages in advance.
- Assist in **inspection and quality control** checks at each stage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance at the site.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Equivalent
- **Experience**: Minimum **5-10 years** in building or industrial construction projects
- **Technical Skills**:

- Good understanding of RCC and finishing works
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings
- Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and work sequencing
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
