**Role and Responsibilities**

Possessing proven expertise of the Power BI tool, including its features, functionalities, and standard processes optimally leverage data visualization and analytics capabilities.

Skilled at collaborating with collaborators from various departments and levels of the organization to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and deliver significant insights through Power BI reports and dashboards.

Ability to connect data to the business by understanding the organization's goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (critical metrics), and translating them into data-driven solutions using Power BI to drive informed decision-making.

Highly organized and diligent, ensuring accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting. Results-focused, striving to deliver useful insights and drive business outcomes through effective data management.

Demonstrated proficiency in data management, including data cleansing, transformation, modeling, and analysis. Possess strong analytical skills to extract significant insights from complex datasets using Power BI and other relevant tools.

Sophisticated problem-solving capability, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues. Emphasize continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest Power BI features, industry trends, and standard processes.

Expertise in crafting visually appealing and impactful data visualizations using Power BI. Ability to craft intuitive dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations that effectively communicate insights to collaborators.

**Qualifications**
- 4-8 years of experience crafting dashboards using Power BI
- Previous experience gathering and detailing Data Requirements
- Experience with full life cycle implementation utilising multiple SDLC approaches
- Excellent written and vocal communication abilities in English
- A standout colleague with excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strong customer focus.
