About the Role:

We are seeking a Power BI Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with expertise in Power BI to help business stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources (SQL databases, Excel, ERP systems, cloud platforms) and translate into actionable insights.
  • Design and optimize data models and DAX calculations for efficient reporting.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and understand key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports.
  • Create visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards tailored to business needs.
  • Automate reporting processes and implement scheduled data refreshes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Document data sources, report logic, and dashboards for transparency and future reference.
  • Stay updated with Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services, ETL processes, or cloud-based BI platforms.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or SAP Analytics.
  • Experience in financial, sales, or operational reporting.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
