**Job description**:

- Installation and configuration of operating systems like, Windows 10 & 11.
- Configuring Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express to user systems.
- Troubleshooting various network problems like port enabling, crimping.
- Supporting employees through Remote Desktop & Remote Assistance.
- Handling LAN issues and basic network issues.
- Hardware Components replacement and coordinating with vendors.
- Installing and Configuring Printers and network printers. Knowledge in performing backup and restore.
- Troubleshooting the PC Assembling, hardware Components Installations and Software Installations and using the third-party tools and utilities.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and network failures, identified root caused, and resolve in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring both hardware and software systems for errors, updating them regularly to maintain proper functioning.
- Installing and configuring the peripheral components and drivers.
- Monitoring performance of Desktops.
