Job Role: System Admin

Experience : Fresher

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (4th Floor, Olive Towers, No.6, Arcot Road, Porur, Chennai

**Shift Timings: **

- Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person.
  • Identifying and fixing network connectivity problems.
  • Providing technical support for various applications and systems.
  • Following up with users to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.
  • Performing regular system maintenance, including updates and backups.
  • Ensuring data security and preventing unauthorized access.

System and Network Management:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.
  • Implementing and maintaining data backup and recovery solutions.
  • Providing training to users on new software and hardware.

Qualification Required:

  • Education: Any Graduate or Equivalent Degree.
  • Skills : Networking & System Issues.
  • Providing technical assistance to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and user productivity.
  • Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing and configuring hardware/software, managing user accounts, and maintaining system security.
