Qualifications ; any UG

Job Roles and Responsibility:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers (Linux and windows), and other hardware and software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring systems are running efficiently and reliably.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and threats.
  • Maintain MPLS, ILL, SDWAN, LAN networks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for service support.
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering questions.
  • Plan and implement upgrades to hardware, software, and infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to protect data and systems in case of failure.
  • Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
  • Train users on how to use systems and software properly.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and protocols.
  • Ensure network security and performance.
