Kamlesh Gandhi Projects is seeking a customer-focused **After-Sales Advisor** to join our dynamic team. As an After-Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing post-sale inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Salary Range**:25000/- onwards PLUS Multi-Layered Incentivisation**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed records of after-sales service interactions.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to sold properties/projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., maintenance, legal, and customer support) to provide timely resolutions.
- Provide feedback to the management team,partners and counsel for process improvement and better customer experiences, potential collection issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 2+ years experience in a customer service or after-sales role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Word.
