**Position**:E-commerce Executive (Operations)

**Experience**: 2-5 Years

**CTC**: 18,000 to 26,000 per month

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in E-commerce field is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing end to end marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, eBay, etc.)
- Responsible for daily order processing across all platforms including B2B and B2C channels.
- Fetch orders from marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra, and eBay.
- Generate dispatch labels and manifests, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate FBA, FBM, FBF, and Myntra shipments, including packaging and logistics follow-ups with delivery partners.
- Maintain real-time inventory data across all SKUs and marketplaces to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Keep accurate records of sales, dispatches, labels, and manifests for all platforms.
- Monitor marketplace metrics regularly to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Share daily/weekly EOD reports with the operations team and management, including order counts, pending items, and issue resolutions.

**Skills Required**:

- Should have a good knowledge of Advanced Excel like Vlookup, Pivot, Filters, Conditional formatting, etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
