**Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Preferred FMCG Industry Experience)**

**Role Summary**:

Accurate and up-to-date product listings across all platforms
Zero out-of-stock or overselling issues through effective inventory control
Smooth order processing and timely dispatch coordination
Increased sales through well-planned promotions and competitive pricing
High customer satisfaction by resolving queries, complaints, and returns quickly
Strong platform relationships and compliance with marketplace policies
Regular sales reporting and insights to guide business decisions
