Hiring for **Sr. Data Scientist **profile for **Gurgaon** location. Please find the job responsibility as below:

**Salary Budget** :UP To 22.00 LPA

**Shift Timing** :10:00 am to 7:00 pm

**Working Days**:Monday-Friday

**Job Description (Responsibilities + KRAs)**:

- Lead and execute data-driven projects from end to end, including data preparation, modeling, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, formulate hypotheses, and develop data
- driven solutions.
- Develop predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data quality and data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on data science best practices.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and new data science techniques, tools, and methodologies

**Skills Required:

- **
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5-6 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a track record of delivering successful data-driven projects
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, such as regression, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power Bi
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with big data technologies is a plus.
