We are looking for Data scientist/Sr Data Scientist to join our Data Analytics team (offices working in Hybrid model). This is an amazing opportunity to support the team for analysis of Real world data (RWD) by taking individual responsibility of assigned projects. The team consists of around 30 people and the reporting is to the Manager - Data Analytics.

Joining our team of Data analyst/Data scientist, you will support the team for analysis of Real-world data (RWD) by taking individual responsibility of assigned projects. As a member you will be conducting retrospective data analysis including data management and statistical programming as well as the development of RWD dashboards by translating the Methodology into complex algorithms in collaboration with Team.

About you (Skills & Experience Required)
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer engineering preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Data Science role
- Prior work experience in the field of advanced analytics preferably healthcare analytics, IT, consulting and/or business intelligence is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to process complex information, break it into logical steps/tasks and present it clearly to a range of audiences
- Strong on entrepreneurial drive; committed to team and personal development
- Client service and operation mindset
- Strong team player in a dynamic and changing environment; ability to work well with multi-disciplinary teams across continents/time zones
- Strong oral and written communication skills

It would be great if you also had the following:

- Experience working with large databases, data visualization tools, machine learning and statistics preferred
- Knowledge of automation or AI is a plus
- Working knowledge of Tableau, R, Rshiny is a plus

What will you be doing in this role?

You will be staffed on active client engagements focused on health care value with the ultimate goal of making healthcare better, more affordable and more accessible for billions of people around the world.

You will be working on Clarivate data and responsible for analyzing this data using data processing/querying tool like SQL, R or Python. You will collaborate across a broad portfolio of sophisticated commercial analytics projects within data analytics team. This role reports into the Manager - Data Analytics

In this role, you will deliver high-quality analytical outputs to help guide decisions on the business problems for our clients. You will use our proprietary data and analytical platform and will be actively engaged with front-line client teams involved in helping fortune 500 pharmaceutical/payer/Provider to solve their key business questions

Hours of Work

Standard working hrs is 12-9PM IST timings (9 hours per day including 1 hour lunch break).
