Job Title: Principal Partner Litigation

Company: Lexansh & Co

Location: Noida

PQE: 5-8 years

Key Responsibility:

- Lead and manage portfolio of complex litigation cases, dispute resolution, and arbitration matters across various industries and provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex legal matters.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to Company Law, IBC, CPC, Criminal Laws, Writs, SLPs, Arbitration Law, Employment and Labour Laws.
- Single-handedly draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, agreements etc to ensure legal compliance and protect clients' interests.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of evidence, ensuring that all aspects of the case are thoroughly examined and properly documented.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities for new client relationships, networking and expanding existing business.
- Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations and mediations etc across various Courts, Tribunals and Commissions.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in Litigation (Dispute resolution and arbitration) with a proven track record of successfully resolving high-value and complex cases.
- Extensive experience in negotiating and managing arbitrations, mediations, and litigation cases.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
- Salary: As per industrial norms
