**Positon : Associate - Carbon Supply**

**Location : Andhra Pradesh**

The Associate will be in charge of implementing the Onboarding of Agroforestry Land as well as hiring and supervising Field Data Collection Officers in assigned districts. They will be in charge of training field employees and educating channel partners on how to conduct surveys.

To achieve the desired results, the Associate will work closely with Territory Manager, Field Staffs, Channel partners and Project Interns on the field on a daily basis.

**Roles and Responsibilities : -**
- Hiring and training Field staff who will be working with farmers for agroforestry project
- Conducting Baseline Surveys with farmers.
- Handling all the activities of the mandals assigned.
- Coordinating with senior staff members and handling daily operations tasks
- Coordinating and assisting the field staff as and when required.
- Prepare a regular report on the activities carried out by the team
- Troubleshoot the issues faced by the ground team

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience working with farmers, training, supervising, etc.
- Experience with Agroforestry is a plus.
- Data collection or database management experience
- Team management and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Graduate.
- Willing to work on the field.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Team management: 1 year (required)
- Staff training: 1 year (required)
