Sales Executive

Job Description:
- **Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales/contribution budget and manage end to end silage operations for the region**
- **Collaborate with the regional/plant functional teams (Procurement/Finance/Stores/Quality) to enable smooth Silage operations.**
- **Evaluate** and map the **demand and supply **roadmap (including new locations) for effective and **efficient Silage operations**.
- **Oversee Site operations and support site in charge to ensure targeted volume production and quality of silage.**
- **Follow up on leads of Key Accounts from the managers and sales officers or provide leads to sales managers and officers to achieve Silage sale targets**
- **Lead demand generation **through **silage awareness sessions/activities in the region**
- **Allocation of stock to sales teams in the region as per demand and availability**
- **Coordinate with the managers and officers to facilitate Silage sales**
- **Convince and engage the big farms **about the **benefits of using silage** thus enabling silage sales
- **Develop robust Silage Distribution network and channel **to enable a**chievement of monthly and annual sales budget.**
- **Preparation and reporting of monthly MIS **as required.
- **Extensively travel across the region**.
**5+ years’ experience in Silage or Cattle Feed sales & marketing** in Uttar Pradesh State.
Minimum **2+ years of managing sales day to day operations.**
Age upto 40 years, Salary Upto 8.00LPA
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
