
Customer Service Assistant

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
- Answering queries on social media platforms
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
- Tracking courier shipments till they reach the customer
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence
**Job requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in **customer service**:
- Strong Ecommerce background
- Must be a sales-oriented person
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb information on our product offerings
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is a must), great phone etiquette and elevated speech
- Proactive personality and self-motivator
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
- Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
