**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic

through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in

expanding our customer base, promoting our products/services, and providing excellent customer

service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing

customers to promote products/services, generate sales, and achieve sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs, and

offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services

and effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert potential leads into sales by understanding customer

requirements, presenting the right products/services, and closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

customers by providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and following up

on their needs.
- **Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions,

and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**:Follow up on leads, handle customer objections, and provide post-sale

support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set

by the company.
- **Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to

improve products/services and sales strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is

preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with

the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record

of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer Focus**:A Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer

needs and provide solutions.
- **Technology Proficiency**:Proficient in using CRM Software, telephony systems, and

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Self-Motivated**:Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a

high volume of calls.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer objections and complaints effectively and

resolve issues promptly.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales

techniques.

**Working Conditions**:
**Work Environment: This role is primarily office-based,
- Hours: Full-time position with standard office hours. Some flexibility may be required to

meet sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,803.55 per month
