- Trouble shooting the users queries like SLA modification and Ticket update issue.
- Creating the Views as per the customer requirement
- Configuration and Customization of the Incident/Problem/Change/SLA Modules
- Configuration and extensive customization of multiple change workflows
- Modifying the existing approval definitions and create new ones
- Designing HTML templates for HTML notifications
- Configuration and customization of SM Mobility
- Creation and modifying forms for web and mobility client
- Writing and modifying Schedulers, Triggers
- Configuration of Connect-IT scenarios
- Handling and resolution of multiple high priority HP cases
- Making appropriate changes in SM configuration files
- Experience on creating Customized user roles and profiles
- Creating new SLAs for change and incident modules along with configuration of escalation matrix
- Developing technical workflows in HPSM by analyzing business requirements.
- Modifying Format Control, Links, Display Options, Document Engine Processes as per requirement
- Exposure to SQL queries
