**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To carry out sampling and analysis for IN process and Intermediate for Microbiology.
- Finish product analysis for microbial parameter.
- To perform water analysis and pathogen testing.
- To perform the BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test) for product & water samples.
- Microbial media preparation.
- To perform the Total viable microbial count for the product.
- To conduct growth promotion test for all microbial media.
- To perform Environment monitoring.
- To perform sterility test of packing material.
- To maintain documents related to micro lab activities.
- To prepare protocol for method validation related to microbial test and execute the same.
- Responsible for audit preparation and audit compliances of microbiological laboratory.
- To perform IQ, OQ, PQ of new instruments.
- To perform Calibration of pH meter and Balance.
- To conduct study related to microbiology section.
- To handle the responsibilities of reporting authority in his/her absence.
- Any work assign by seniors.
