We are looking for Custom Clearance Manager with following details:
Ø Manage Custom Clearance - Key Accounts of the Company.

Ø Meeting the clients and Custom Commissioners to attend and sort the queries raised by the clients or custom departments

Ø Developing and improving systems & processes in the Custom Clearance activities.

Ø Be part of the Profit & Loss( P&L) and budget exercise for the brokerage business.

Ø Increase business and profit margin of the custom clearance operations across all locations.

Ø Monitor and guide day to day performance of the Custom Clearance team.

Ø Liaison the CS team with Port Employees, CFS Employees, Documentation Dept. Employees and DO team and ensure the flow of activities in tandem.

Ø Constantly pursue the employees/team to achieve the KRAs mentioned in the Service level Agreements by the clients.

Ø Maintaining cordial relations with customers and cultivate effective relationship between the employees and the Customers.

Ø Liaison with Customs, Shipping lines, Port Authorities, Other Government regulatory bodies such as Port Health Office, Assistant Drug Controller, and Plant/Animal Quarantine etc., and updating superiors on latest procedural changes or any other trade information.

Ø Follow the rules & regulations laid down by the company in terms of clearance of consignment and credit norms laid down and the S.O.P. of customers.

Ø Keeping updated all the details of notices & circulars from the customs and informing the company, its employees and customers.

Ø Trouble shooting with due care and updating superior and customers on action taken.
