**Position Summary**

As an **Advanced EHR Tools Educator**, you will create and deliver video-based content to teach learners about the advanced features and functions of EHR systems used in modern healthcare environments. The course will be available on **YouTube**, with the instructor receiving **a one-time revenue share** based on the income generated over one year. The instructor will be expected to contribute **2 hours per day** to creating instructional videos.

**Responsibilities**
- **Content Development**: Develop and deliver **daily content** (2 hours) on advanced EHR tools, explaining their features, use cases, and integration within healthcare systems.
- **Video Creation**: Produce high-quality instructional videos, including clear visuals and audio, to teach learners how to effectively use EHR software in healthcare settings.
- **Course Design**: Organize the content logically to ensure comprehensive coverage of advanced EHR tools, from basic setup to complex integrations and use cases.
- **Engage Learners**: Interact with students via comments and forums to clarify concepts, answer questions, and encourage active participation in the learning process.
- **Content Updates**: Continuously improve the content based on feedback, technological advancements, and changes in the healthcare regulatory landscape.
- **Adhere to Best Practices**: Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data security) and best practices for EHR systems.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Experience with EHR Systems**: Proficient in using advanced **Electronic Health Record (EHR) tools** such as **Epic, Cerner, Allscripts**, or other similar platforms.
- **Healthcare Background**: Solid understanding of healthcare environments, medical workflows, and how EHR systems integrate into patient care and operational procedures.
- **Experience in Education or Training**: Proven ability to design and deliver educational content, especially related to healthcare technologies.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong familiarity with video production tools and online teaching platforms.
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex EHR concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.
- **Time Commitment**: Ability to dedicate **2 hours per day** to the creation of instructional videos and content.
