**Work Location**: Remote

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and review the student assessment process to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide structured feedback on trainer demo sessions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor live classes to maintain the quality of training delivery.
- Maintain and analyze weekly progress reports, leading discussions and meetings as needed.
- Track and evaluate course progress to identify areas for enhancement.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Electronics or relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and analysis.
- Must be proficiency in both English and Tamil
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Creativity and initiative to enhance learning effectiveness and process improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and management levels in both formal and informal settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
