Requirements:

- Min. 1-2.5 years of Support experience
- Good knowledge of Basic Hardware & Software skills
- Ability to handle customer calls
- Good in problem analysis, troubleshooting & requirement analysis
- Fast learner and can pick up new technologies
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Bachelors degree in any discipline

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide online training to customers using remote desktop tools
- Assisting new customers todo software setup& data import
- Responsible for renewal and Monthly Recurring Revenue(MRR) from existing customers
- Work independently and use internal CRM tool efficiently
- Give timely support to customers
- Comprehend new requirements of customers to the development team
- Collaborate with channel partners in delivering joint customer engagements
- Collecting customer feedback regularly and getting new references for the sales team
- Be proficient in customer service processes, workflow, and services offerings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
