Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance & Sales:
Greet and assist customers in selecting ethnic wear, kurtis, and readymade suits.
Provide styling suggestions based on customer preferences and fashion trends.
Promote new arrivals, offers, and upsell complementary products.
2. Product Knowledge & Inventory Handling:
Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, designs, and seasonal trends.
Keep track of stock availability and inform management about fast-moving items.
Ensure proper display and arrangement of merchandise.
3. Billing & Order Processing:
Coordinate with the billing team for smooth checkouts.
Handle online and offline customer queries regarding orders and exchanges.
4. Customer Relationship & Retention:
Build a loyal customer base through personalized service.
Collect customer feedback and share insights for store improvement.
5. Sales Targets & Incentives:
Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
Earn extra incentives based on performance and sales achievements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Preferably female with a minimum of 2 years of experience in apparel sales.
Strong knowledge of ethnic wear, kurtis, and readymade suits.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Energetic, presentable, and passionate about fashion.
Basic understanding of billing and order management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
