**Job Summary**
We are seeking a driven and client-focused **Sales Executive / Manager** to join our immigration consultancy team. You will be responsible for handling **inbound inquiries**, consulting clients on the most suitable **New Zealand visa options**, and converting leads into successful applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships through trust and service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities** Client Engagement & Consultation
- Attend to walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads assigned by the marketing or admin team.
- Understand each client's background, goals, and eligibility for various **New Zealand visa categories** (e.g., Student, Visitor, Work, Partnership).
- Conduct in-depth consultations to recommend the most suitable visa path and explain the process clearly.
Relationship Management & Sales Conversion
- Provide timely and professional responses to client queries, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Present services clearly and close sales with a consultative approach—no pushy tactics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Documentation, Case Processing) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain records of all client interactions, conversions, and feedback.
- Prepare weekly reports on assigned inquiries, consultations held, and success rates.
- Stay updated on the latest **New Zealand immigration policies** and guidelines to ensure accurate advice.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-5 years of experience in client counselling, visa sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (regional language is a plus).
- Experience in immigration services or knowledge of New Zealand visa types is **highly preferred**.
- Confident, polite, and professional demeanor with a focus on service and transparency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
