We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Software Sales Tele caller. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our software solutions to meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our software products, and the ability to build rapport with prospects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in our software solutions.
Utilize various lead sources, databases, and market research to identify potential customers.

**Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of our software products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

**Customer Engagement**:Initiate and maintain conversations with prospects through phone calls and other communication channels.
Provide information about our software solutions and address any queries or concerns prospects may have.

**Sales Pitch**:Deliver compelling sales pitches to highlight the key features and benefits of our software.
Customize presentations to match the needs and requirements of potential clients.

**Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of lead interactions and appointments.

**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

**Target Achievement**:Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide regular updates on progress and activities to the sales manager.

**Feedback and Improvement**:Gather feedback from prospects and customers to improve the sales process and product offerings.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of software products and the ability to learn and articulate technical details.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
