**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes for CNC machining operations, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of quality management systems, including documentation control, process audits, and corrective action procedures.
- Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure compliance with quality standards and objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of CNC machining processes, equipment, and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Coordinate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities, including submission of documentation, measurement system analysis, and process capability studies.
- Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) knowledge to perform dimensional inspections, analyze measurement data, and verify product quality.
- Collaborate with customers to address quality concerns, provide technical support, and ensure timely resolution of issues to meet customer expectations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CNC machining processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and other applicable requirements in all quality-related activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC machining processes.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 standards and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in PPAP processes, including documentation preparation, submission, and approval.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, equipment, and tooling, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with CMM operation and dimensional inspection techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing quality assurance team.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, precision, and compliance with quality standards and requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
