**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management, to ensure efficient and timely completion of manufacturing tasks.
- Lead a team of production technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements in all production activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize machining processes, tooling designs, and fixture configurations for improved efficiency and quality.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure optimal functionality and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the production team, promoting a positive work environment and employee engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management or supervision, preferably in a machining environment.
- Expertise in turning, VMC, HMC, and VTL machine processes, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in fixture design and implementation to improve part positioning, accuracy, and repeatability.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve production targets.
- Sound decision-making abilities, with a focus on problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective solutions.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and other continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
