We have an exciting opportunity for Executive - Talent Acquisition.

Work Location: Jain College campus, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore

Work experience: 2 - 10 years
Note:

- All the roles are full-time from the office.
Roles and responsibilities - Jr/ Sr Recruiter:
Good experience in handling end to end recruitment.
Good exposure in working with all job portals.
Sourcing, Screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews.

Roles and responsibilities - Sr HR Generalist cum Recruiter:
Administering employee benefits, leaves and crafting HR policies.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures and appraisal management process.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management.
