**THIS POSITION IS BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA**

**THE ROLE**
- Understanding MPOWER’s product line, including loan terminology and calculations
- Ability to identify and make recommendations for approval policy exceptions
- Supporting the analysis of borrower data and trends while bringing a continuous improvement mindset to deliver a better student borrower experience and scale our operations

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of loan processing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of banking, lending, financial services or personal finance with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Customer service orientation with an innate sense of service and empathy for others
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about analytics and tech savvy
- Foreign language is a plus

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
