**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide detailed information about loan products, interest rates, terms, and repayment options.

Verify customer information and documentation to ensure compliance with lending standards and Submitting documents to the banks

Prepare loan documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete and error-free.
Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.

**Customer Support**:Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Basic Knowledge of computer systems and software for data entry, documentation, and communication.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
