**What success looks like in this role**:

- Provides a high level of support within data center operations.
- Builds and applies a specialty background on more than one system.
- Operates one or more complex computer systems and all associated peripheral equipment.
- Monitors performance of systems utilizing software support tools.
- Ensures emergency operating procedures are maintained.
- Interfaces with customers and appropriate support groups to resolve complex issues.
- Depending on assignment, may handle hardware or software support for associated data center equipment.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- University degree or equivalent education and experience. -Must have both verbal and written communication, logical and analytical skills. -Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
