Position Overview: The English Associate Professor is responsible for delivering high-quality education in English language and literature at the higher education level. This role involves teaching, research, curriculum development, and contributing to the overall academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Learning:
Deliver lectures and seminars on English language, literature, linguistics, and related fields.

Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and examinations.

2. Curriculum Development:
Contribute to the development and revision of the English curriculum in alignment with academic standards and NAAC guidelines.

Ensure that the curriculum is relevant, inclusive, and promotes critical thinking and creativity.

3. Research and Publication:
Engage in scholarly research, publish findings in reputable journals, and present at academic conferences.

Supervise graduate and postgraduate students in their research projects.

4. Academic Leadership:
Participate in departmental and institutional committees to enhance academic policies and practices.

Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to faculty development initiatives.

5. Community Engagement:
Promote the importance of English studies through outreach programs, workshops, and cultural events.

Collaborate with local schools and community organizations to foster interest in English language and literature.

6. Quality Assurance:
Adhere to NAAC guidelines regarding teaching quality, research output, and community involvement.

Participate in self-assessment and accreditation processes to maintain academic standards.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
