We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for responding to inbound queries, conducting outbound efforts to identify and engage potential buyers, and executing cold outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inbound Sales_
- Provide detailed information about our steel products, pricing, and services to potential clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound queries and follow-up actions.
- Outbound Sales_
- Identify and target potential buyers, including steel fabricators, builders, and industrial clients, through research and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Client Relationship Management_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Sales Reporting_
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the steel industry or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Pay: From ₹32,000.00 per month
