1. Skill Gap Assessment Review: Review and analyze findings from the skill gap assessment study to identify critical areas for capacity development and align training initiatives accordingly.
3. Training Delivery: Delivery of training sessions in different locations, ensuring effective learning, and addressing technical queries during sessions. Implement learning & training tools during the sessions
4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Analyze trainee-s performance feedback and training data to ensure continuous improvement of trainings.

- Qualification_

- Master-s degree in Energy Systems
- Engineering
- or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting energy storage research and capacity building activities.
- Skills_
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and renewable energy systems.
- Knowledge of energy data analytics
- Experience with training evaluation and learning principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication
